Our objective is to inform you transparently under Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 regarding how your personal data is collected, its processing purposes, shared parties, legal grounds, and your rights.

a) Data Controller

Pursuant to Law No. 6698, your personal data will be collected and processed by FS Altuntaş Gıda Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ('COMPANY') as data controller within the scope described below.

b) Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The COMPANY may collect personal data in categories such as identity, contact, customer, transaction security, legal transaction, and marketing sales. This data is processed for;

• Offering COMPANY products and services, complying with legal storage, reporting, tax and other obligations,
• Sales, marketing, advertising, CRM activities, offering campaigns and advantages,
• Measuring customer satisfaction, managing complaints, requests, and job applications,
• Conducting the commercial, financial, purchasing, and legal operations of the COMPANY,

purposes under the conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.

c) To Whom and for What Purpose Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your collected personal data may be transferred to the COMPANY's business partners, shareholders, affiliates, legally authorized public institutions, administrative/legal authorities, program partners, and cargo companies within the framework of Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, limited to the purposes mentioned above.

ç) Method and Legal Ground of Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is collected via channels like our website, call centers, social media accounts verbally, in writing or electronically based on legal grounds such as execution of contracts, legal obligations, and legitimate interests of the COMPANY.

d) Rights of the Personal Data Owner

Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to learn if your data is processed, request info, learn the purpose, know 3rd parties it is transferred to, request correction if incomplete/wrong, request deletion/destruction, and claim damages if harmed.
